OUR STORY

the Italian American Sport Club supported recently arrived Italian Immigrants, especially during the forties, fifties, and sixties in their assimilation of the culture and customs of this great Country. The IASC was found in November of 1948 by a group of young men who began regularly having meetings at Augie's garage on York Street. The Italian American sport Club grew into the vibrant, active social club we enjoy today whose membership now tops the 500 hundred mark and continues to grow each day.
